This is a fun and energetic activities - particularly for the ladies since we are doing it on our toes (albeit in heels)
The Havana Club is a great place for all ability to enjoy (and learn) Salsa.

If I had ANY rhythm or dancing ability I'd totally love salsa or swing dancing...
unfortunately I can barely walk down the street without tripping and I couldn't carry a beat if it was strapped to my back...
